Installation Basics
Deck Toggle Base: This bracket screws directly onto the face of your end post. The integrated pivot pin lets the turnbuckle align itself naturally to the exact slope of your stairs.
Turnbuckle Body: The inner threaded body spins to expand or contract. This mechanism pulls the slack out of your cable run to prevent sagging.
Swage Terminal End: The hollow tube end accepts the raw steel cable. You must compress this end using a hydraulic hand-crimping tool to lock the wire permanently into place.
