Solid-Sleeve Bimini Top Jaw Slide (often simply called a jaw slide). Unlike a hinged or split-jaw model, this solid-style slide is engineered to slide over the end of an open frame tube before the eye ends are attached. It provides a highly stable, uniform clamping force and clean aesthetic for supporting secondary bows or struts.
This marine-grade solid jaw slide features a mirror-polished finish and a securing bolt designed to anchor bimini support frames smoothly without catching on fabric.
Installation & Fitting Tips
Slide-On Installation: Because this is a solid sleeve design, it must be slid onto the tubing prior to completing frame assembly or before attaching final eye ends to the poles.
Double Set Screws: Check if the model you choose uses internal set screws on the back. These prevent the slide from slipping along the rail once you have positioned your support arm correctly.
Sizing Check: Ensure you match the interior diameter of the hardware exactly to the outer diameter (O.D.) of your frame. A 1" slide will loosely rattle on 7/8" tubing.

Are you replacing a damaged slide on an existing frame, or building a completely new bimini configuration from scratch?
