Marine Grade 316 Stainless Steel Cross Tube Clamp (also known as a cross pipe connector or a longitudinal rail clamp). Unlike a permanent welded joint, this hardware is a two-piece split clamp designed to fix two overlapping or perpendicular pipes securely in place using heavy-duty structural bolts.
Multi-Finish Options
As labeled in the diagram, these structural clamps are manufactured in two distinct surface finish variants:
Option A (Satin/Electrolytic Polished): Features a brushed matte silver texture. This finish is preferred for utility zones or platforms where a clean, non-reflective, and low-maintenance texture is desired.
Option B (Mirror Polished): buffed to a highly reflective chrome-like sheen. This looks sleek on visible consumer yachts, bow rails, pool ladders, and luxury structural railings.
Product Sizing & Specifications
These clamps are standardized around the most common heavy-duty boat and guardrail pipe dimensions:
Standard Inner Diameter: Engineered mostly for 1-inch (25 mm) outer diameter (OD) tubes or 7/8-inch (22 mm) pipelines.
Fastener Points: Four distinct outer structural screw eyes configured to take Allen or hex-head marine locking bolts.
