This clever engineering allows the fitting to open up completely, meaning it can be clamped anywhere directly onto an existing, pre-installed pipeline network without needing to tear down or slip off any other surrounding rail sections.

Hinged / Split Structure: One side of the vertical tube sleeve opens entirely on a hinge joint. You can simply clamp it over a continuous line, close the hatch, and lock it tight with the integrated side screw.
Angled 60° Y-Junction: The branching outlet extends outward at a 60-degree angle, making it ideal for diagonal support lines, angled rail terminations, and triangular bracing layouts.
Locking Configuration: Uses a combination of a main hinge assembly screw to secure the main barrel clamp, alongside internal set socket grub screws to hold the branching pipe locked solidly inside its sleeve.
Material Composition: Crafted from mirror-polished 316 (Marine-Grade) Stainless Steel. This composition provides maximum resistance to salt spray, pitting, and oxidation under grueling offshore conditions.
