It is characterized by having U-shaped "jaw" (or clevis) fittings on both ends, which are secured by a removable nut-and-bolt or pin assembly. The "US Type" designation means the hardware is manufactured to meet strict American engineering and safety standards.
The US type Jaw and Jaw Turnbuckle features one threaded jaw at each end. Ideal for catenary spans, marine rigging, fencing & architectural use.These turnbuckles are available in sizes ranging from 1/4" to 1-1/2" to fit every project and are made from grade 304 or 316 stainless steel for maximum corrosion resistance and durability.
