Design & Structural Overview
This hardware style has long, tapered leaves. The shape helps spread heavy weight across smooth surfaces like fiberglass decks, boat hatches, or thick doors.
Solid Cast Build: This is made using a process called investment casting. Molten metal is poured into a mold, creating a solid core. This makes it much thicker and stronger than cheap, stamped sheet-metal hinges. It can handle rough waves and slammed doors easily.
