Design & Structural Overview
Thick Cast Knuckle: The center barrel (the knuckle) is heavily reinforced through a solid investment casting process. This prevents the metal from warping or binding when a heavy panel swings open.
Deeply Countersunk Openings: The six screw holes feature a sharp, clean beveled lip. This ensures that flat-head mounting screws sink deep into the frame and sit completely flush against the face of the metal.
316 Marine Stainless Steel: Made from premium 316-grade stainless steel with a high mirror-polish finish. This offers the highest level of defense against pitting, rust, and salt corrosion.
