Marine pry-out deck plates are categorized by their clear opening inner diameter (the actual pass-through dimension), rather than the absolute edge-to-edge frame measurement:
• 4-Inch Model: Clear opening of ~100 mm. Typically used for quick, single-handed inspections of small fuel lines, valves, or hidden wiring junctions.
• 5-Inch / 6-Inch Models: Clear opening of ~125–150 mm. The most common structural size, allowing you to easily fit your entire arm through to service bilge pumps, plumbing manifolds, or secure under-deck hardware.
