Push-Button Release Mechanism: The core design element is the central mechanical release button positioned on the mid-axis of the base housing. When pressed, an internal spring-loaded mechanism triggers, causing the flush-folded horn assembly to automatically spring up into its working configuration.
Manual Flush Lock: To stow the cleat, users press the main horn assembly downward until the internal retention latch clicks. It locks into a completely low-profile stance, protecting lines from catching and passengers from stubbing toes.
Dual Top-Counter Sunk Points: This model employs an integrated oval perimeter ring featuring two counter-sunk fastener holes flanking the moving block. This permits direct-drive surface attachment using self-tapping deck fasteners or through-bolts without requiring complex cavity cutouts into the hull.
