Key Features:
Becket: The separate metal loop hanging from the bottom plate. This provides a secure anchor point where you can tie off the end of your rope to complete the pulley circuit.
Triple Sheaves: Three separate black nylon wheels (sheaves) allow multiple lines or passes to run through the block.
Swivel Top: The upper loop rotates 360 degrees to prevent the line from twisting and tangling under heavy load.
Material: The frame and brackets are made from durable marine-grade stainless steel to resist rust and corrosion in harsh outdoor environments.
How It Works:
This block is specifically designed to be the "top" or "bottom" anchor in a 4:1 mechanical advantage block and tackle system (often called a fiddle or tackle system). The rope is tied permanently to the becket at the bottom.The rope travels down to a matching pulley, loops around a wheel, and comes back up to this block. It weaves back and forth through the remaining sheaves to compound your pulling power fourfold.
